SEMI-SMOOTH FLOORING
Semi-smooth flooring is multi-layered, monochrome flooring with thickness ranging from 2.5 to 6 mm, with structured appearance to anti-slip properties depending on the finish desired.
It is particularly recommended for the treatment of floors where the mechanical resistance requirements range from significant to very significant and where movement of people must be secured, notably in humid zones.
It is therefore encountered particularly in the traditional industry, in production zones, the food industry, parking facilities and car repair shops, institutional kitchens as well as the pharmaceutical industry.
AOSIS has at its disposal different semi-smooth systems, formulated in 3 different types of resin, epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurethane, which enables them to cater to the clients' project specification, to the site constraints and to the different subfloors.
R.POX INDUSTRIE SYSTEM
This system uses an epoxy binder providing high mechanical performances, high resistance to wear and thus a longer lifespan to the flooring.
The R.POX INDUSTRIE system comes in 3 thicknesses: 2.5/3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm, and as such can meet the simplest to the most demanding needs.
- R.POX INDUSTRIE - 3 MM THICK
- R.POX INDUSTRIE - 4 MM THICK
- R.POX INDUSTRIE - 6 MM THICK.
PUR INDUSTRIE SYSTEM
This system uses a polyaspartic binder.
This new technology binder offers you the same mechanical resistances as the epoxy resin but adds multiple advantages:
- The application of the full system in only one day with heavy circulation from the very next day,
- UV-stabilized,
- it can be applied indoors as well as outdoors.
R.THANE INDUSTRIE SYSTEM
This system uses a polyurethane binder that allows it to maintain its flexibility.
It is intended for asphalt type subfloors that require softened floorings.
