SELF-LEVELLING FLOORING

Self-levelling flooring is seamless, continuous, vat-dyed flooring, that may be applied in thicknesses ranging from 1 to 4 mm in a single operation.

This aesthetic and waterproof flooring, equipped with great resistance to wear, is principally intended for places where traffic is heavy and where resistance to wear is desired.

Its smooth and glossy appearance greatly facilitates its maintenance and contributes to a longer lifespan.

It is therefore encountered particularly in the dry, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and electronics industry, technical, logistical premises and archives, as well as schools and hospitals.

AOSIS has at its disposal different self-levelling systems, formulated in 3 different types of resin, epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurethane, which enables them to cater to the clients' project specification, to the site constraints and to the different subfloors.

 

SELF-LEVELLING R.POX

These rigid systems use an epoxy binder providing high mechanical performances, high resistance to wear and thus a longer lifespan to the flooring.

R.POX self-levelling systems come in 3 thicknesses: 1 to 2 mm, 2 to 3 mm and 4 mm, and as such can meet the simplest to the most demanding needs.

SELF-LEVELLING R.PUR

This system uses a polyaspartic binder.

This new technology binder offers you the same mechanical resistances as the epoxy resin but adds multiple advantages:

The self-levelling system from the R.PUR range allows for light traffic as soon as 2 hours after application, heavy traffic as soon as 6 hours after.

  1. UV-stabilized,
  2. it will not yellow and can be applied even in front of large openings exposed to the sun.
  3. It does not emit any VOC and thus protects people and the environment.

 

The R.PUR ULTRALISSE system can be applied with a thickness ranging from 1 to 3 mm.

SELF-LEVELLING R.THANE

This system uses a polyurethane binder that allows it to maintain its flexibility.

This flexibility gives it a certain damping and acoustic comfort, making it particularly suitable for premises that are open to the public.

Its flexibility also grants it the ability to be applied on bituminous subfloor.
